Studio N°1 Le Smart Gauche, with a surface area of ??11m² , is a studio that we recommend for one person .

It has a dining area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a foldaway bed . This studio is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure building. It is also air-conditioned and heated .

The duvet and pillows are at your disposal under the seat of the sofa .
To open the bed, simply pull the handle above the sofa.

Your reservation includes sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning .
An assortment of ?well-being? products is offered to you in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel and soap).

Coffees (Dolce Gusto) and teas will be available in the apartment, one pod per person per day. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like additional pods.
